Just sharing some information about my charging routine. I have 4 EVs and two level 2 chargers at my house. I also have a EV system capable of 11.6Kwh production without home batteries for excess production.
On my electric bill I pay about $0.11Kwh and get refunded half of that for the solar production that I sent back to the grid. Every month I could save about $15-$20 of my electricity bill if I was paid the same as I get billed, so I am trying to charge as much as possible during solar production hours.
These are some numbers today charging 2 EVs at the same time both at 48A charging.
As you can see even with a single car charging I would still be producing less than the car needs
