Depends on what people are looking for. Did not like the X so purchased the S in 2016, been waiting since then for a replacement for a Jeep GC, the R1S is still the only thing on the market.

If people have a very loose and flexible use case, it may draw them to the X but certainly will not draw everyone.

As A side note, the R1T and R1S can both be configured for under 80k with the dual motor standard battery pack. If the battery components will meet the requirements, I can see that being a configuration that could draw a lot of people if the prices stay like that.
