I have been wondering if it has ever been commented on if power levels are different in various modes. For example does All Purpose mode have less power than Sport and if so, how much?

Yes, by ~15% for All Purpose.

So I though the acceleration indicator on the right of the dash shows the “power” reduction with a greyed out area. Most noticeable in conserve mode… but come to think of it, I have not noticed that in other modes.

a related question - has anyone tested 0-60 times in conserve? I know it is 3+ secs in sport but wondering how much acceleration you lose in conserve for passing, etc.

It would be nice in a future update, for Rivian to show us more info on the instrument panel. Things like total power level. Individual wheel power level. Cooling system temps. Angles of inclination. Power flow from motors to batteries and vise versa.

If I remember correctly, my Guide told me on delivery that All Purpose mode reduces power to 600 hp, and conserve mode drives just the front wheels.

Tested twice and my best was 7.7 seconds.

Definitely less power in AP than Sport, tho I could never get specific numbers.

I was also told ages ago on my test drive that the final customer shipped trucks had their power dialed back by 10-15% from the pre-production units in all modes. Always wondered if that means there is more HP to be had (That's close to 1k total at 15% more) or if we're getting less than the stated HP in our production units.

Or if the guy talking to me had no clue wtf he was talking about ?
