Mirror glass part source

Clipped the mirror on a panel van on a tight street today. The housing and camera and everything are fine, but the glass shattered. Very weird since I didn’t hit it very hard. Can’t find only the glass on eBay, just the entire assembly for $500 and up. The service bot said they don’t sell parts to customers directly. Wondering if anyone knows of a source for just the glass? Or even what the part number is? It’s a 2025 R1S, passenger side. Thanks!

If you go to the service center they'll sell you parts though most likely they'll only have the full mirror housing assembly and not just the glass.

I purchased a wide-angle glass replacement from SUMA. Two mirrors included but only replaced drivers side.

Yes, everything works and great view, but it seems a bit darker. The passenger side is no better and is darker too—no need to install.

SUMA glass is not equal to original equipment. It’s tinted with no variable dimming.

Two salvage sources I’m aware of, but likely complete mirror assemblies: autobahnparts.com in El Cajon, CA and bmaparts.com in Van Nuys, CA.

Just an update that the SC hooked me up with the mirror glass. It was $240 which is insane but didn’t seem like I was going to do much better for OEM. They initially gave me what seems like a newer part with slightly different connections on it. I figured there is also a new wiring harness that goes with this new version but they were able to find the same version I have. They didn’t have a way to restock the newer one so I now have a spare I’d be willing to pass on to someone who needs it. DM me if that’s you. It probably fits 2026 vehicles I would guess, mine is a 2025.
