i feel like these used to be here… so weird
Yep your are correct, the Pilot FJ chargers used to show up. Not sure if it is due to the Google Maps update or if they disappeared sometime after the update. Ionna has never showed up. Not sure about Apple Green.

Sorry if this is already discussed. I did a quick search and could only find reference to Ionna missing from the Nav app.

I just completed a quick road trip from Dayton OH to Philadelphia and back. The Nav does not show Ionna (already discussed here), but it is also missing Pilot Flying J and Apple Green. These are significant charging networks and on this trip alone, had at least 8 prime, high speed, charging locations that were not listed in the Navigation. Those are just the ones I noticed. I ended up charging at several of them on the trip.

When traveling alone and adjusting your plan on the fly, it makes it a bit difficult when you have to go to a cell phone and review plugshare or other 3rd party apps to find prime charging locations when reviewing all this data would be super easy if the charging locations were simply showing in the Nav. I had to find these locations in a 3rd party app and then specifically search for these locations in the Nav to navigate to them. Also, I had to remember to manually precondition the battery about an hour out from the charger.

@Rivian Please get the all relevant charging station information populated to the Nav. Other than getting good directions, this is the next most important part of route plannIng needed in EVs.
What I always reccomend is go on Plugshare and ABRP and go to potential charging stations and read reviews and take note of the dates and reviews.

Full disclousure, the last time we used a public charger was almost 2 years ago on a road trip. What I did was research a few weeks in advanced and decide which stations we would use. When we got to one and charged, I entered the next address and went on our way.

I hope that whoever Rivian is using these days for their data, theyfix it.

Kind of ridiculous that a lot of the Pilot/FlyingJ stations aren't in there yet and nothing for Ionna. I have one on a route I frequent that isn't there, so I wind up routing to a nearby Tesla station to get the preconditioning working but the Tesla site doesn't work well with trailers while the Pilot/FlyingJ does. I'm guessing the Walmart stations aren't there yet either and they're going like gangbusters with installs in a lot of areas.
You can now manually pre-condition.

From the release notes for 2025.34:
"Pilot Flying J charging sites have returned to maps and include live availability, pricing, and remote start."

Sure enough: the Pilot Flying J/EV Go charger I mentioned earlier in this thread is back in Rivian's navigation.

Wish Ionna would get their act together and open up their charging status. Their network is expanding quickly and would be nice to have in the Rivian Nav.

I just took a round trip road trip from Ohio to Florida with my Gen 1 R1T towing an Airstream trailer and the Pilot Flying J chargers were NOT in my Rivian navigation. I was on the previous version of the software but having just upgraded to 2025.46.0 I notice they are still not there (see image missing Pilot Flying J near Walton KY that I know is there - with a decent pull through too!). And yes I have EVGO on - I have everything on just in case!

This made for a very frustrating trip dealing with missing charges and the Rivian navigation software was buggy too. I needed these Pilot chargers because most of them are trailer friendly. I was able to manually navigate to the stations, finding trailer friendly spots using PlugShare, ABRP and satellite while also using the manual preconditioning option. And all the Pilot Flying J chargers I charged at worked just fine - but it should not have been so much work! They should just be there!

Are others still missing these chargers? I did a reset and it did not fix anything so I am not sure what is wrong…

I still like my Rivian but it has dropped a few pegs after this trip…

FYI having “everything” or all the filters selected ≠ having all networks. To see everything, keep all filters OFF
