LTE Service Outage

Anyone else experiencing an issue with Rivian’s LTE service? Service signal strength greyed out with an “x” beside it indicating no signal at all. WiFi and Bluetooth work fine.

New York/Metro area.

Obviously knocks out all streaming services in addition to Driver assist and traffic info on Navi.

Roadside says this is a widespread issue that they’re currently trying to resolve.

Yeah, I noticed my charging session wasn't updating this morning. Saw the vehicle was offline, so I figured there was a network issue.

Northern VA/DC area.

Update: Just checked and it looks to be back online.

NYC. Same issue.

I tried soft then hard reset... no change.

Called Rivian... they were going to set up a service apt for me, but then I asked if anyone else was experiencing this issue... she said a few had called in this morning with this problem.

I assume it will be resolved soon...

It seems as though this is getting resolved. I can now see the status of the vehicle along with being able to view live camera feed. It’s not connected to WiFi, however the network status in the app still says no service.

mine was out this morning as well - but it seems like its back working
