Key cards stopped working after latest update

Same here. Also key band no longer works. Not sure how long this has been going on. Sending R1T to the service center Nov 10 for this plus other issues.

Haven't tried the card specifically, but the wristband works great for me on 2022.39.3.

Some weeks ago my key cards stopped working on the driver’s door outside handle sensor but continued to work with the inside door sensor. I then received my wrist band and same problem. Looks like a bad outside sensor. I have a service date for this and other problems later this week.

I guess the latest update has some tricks and treats…I am running latest update (39.3) on both R1S’—seems to be working —however the activity bands work but are difficult and slow to respond now ..they will get it figured out very soon.

I need help! I have an issue where the driver rear door will not open--under any conditions. The handle raises when unlocked as it should but when you pull the handle nothing happens and the door remains closed. From the inside, it does the same thing, empty pull of the handle. I tried a manual version by putting it into car wash mode and manually flipped the handle out and still nothing. I wondered about child locks but that has not been touched and would still work from the outside. I suspect the mechanism is damaged for some reason and it will require service but thought I would see if anyone had the same issue and magically had a fix. Thanks.
