I don't use roomy entry and exit but occasionally when changing from one driver profile to another the seat or wheel doesn't move to the full set position. I've found the easiest way to get them to the correct position is just to move the seat a little which will allow the restore function to work, or to briefly change between the two saved driver profiles. The truck then moves the seats where intended.

I use Roomy Enter and Exit and I’ve never calibrated mine since I got my S in Aug 2023. Sometimes I’ll get the annoying steering wheel not moving out / up or seat not moving forward by itself so I just flip to a second profile, it uses those settings and then flip back to my profile.
I do the same thing

Weekly. If you don't use roomy entry/exit then sure you're fine. But if you do, and you've never recalibrated, I promise it's not where you programmed it. Love my truck but this is some crap that's worked in cars from 2000 onward. Figure it ooot.

Every two weeks.
Same for me. Very frustrating and the service center acts like it's normal and nothing to do about it. Same with the "phantom" windshield wiper wipes when getting in the car. Surely it's not that difficult to find and fix a software bug.

I agree on half of that. The wiper swipe specifically is part of the calibrating routine and is 100% normal and intended.

I calibrate, somewhat often, mostly while using ‘Roomy entry and exit’, when
- steering wheel doesn’t go up as high as it should
- “Restore” doesn’t get to precisely what I set originally
- sometimes seat recline stops in the middle

Others experiencing the same?
I've had it in service 6 or 7 times for this issue. Starting way back when service center had to do the seat calibration. Finally, thought it was fixed when a special software update was pushed to me. Worked fine untill the next update erased the calibration parameters. Service had the vehicle for 2 weeks and did the same software thing. Again, worked untill the next update. Thought it was just me untill the loaner did the exact same thing. Now this posr!
