Hotspot in Camp Mode

I remember when I turn on camp mode and turn on the outlet, hotspot, it will leave everything on. Even if I take the keys and leave the car, it will work. My passengers can get AC and use the hotspot. Lately, the vehicle internet has been turning off if I leave the vehicle, with my key fob. I did a reset but that didn’t solve it. Do I have to leave the key fob inside the vehicle when I turn on camp mode for everything to stay on or does it not matter? Do I have to buckle the driver’s seat belt also?

The hotspot should remain on while in camp mode with the keep on setting. We use that mode at camp grounds and repeat the signal in our trailer.

It does require the connect+ subscription now though in order to use hotspot.

Yes we have connect +. Does it need key fob inside vehicle now to stay on?
