Guides responsiveness?

Yesterday to my pleasant surprise, I got notified to “…begin the purchase process and prepare for your R1S delivery”. I quickly completed 7/8 of the steps and I am now pending the last and final step. Interestingly I have not heard from my guide despite, being assigned one back in April and having that intro call, granted I got switched to a new guide in May. Reached out twice over the last 24hrs and have yet to hear a peep. I will wait till end of the day and will than reach out to CS, whom I have found is very responsive.

Curious what is the experience of others on this forum?

My Guide has only reached out to me a couple times, proactive. Funny enough, both times were for things I didn't really care about. Usually I have to initiate the conversation but once I do they are reasonably responsive.

If you completed 1-7, step 8 isn't done by your guide.

My guide was responsive, replying within 24 hours of my emails. But he got promoted the day after i picked up the truck.

When my 8 steps opened, i think it was about a day or so after before my guide reached out. I had already completed a few of the steps.

I would expect a day or two response time.

Mine has been good - my out of state registration has been a unique situation, but my Guide has been responsive, and I believe doing everything he can to help.

My guide has never reached out proactively—I had to reach out after finding out she'd been assigned once I reached the "confirm your configuration" email—but generally responds to texts within 6-12 business hours.

This leads me to believe you have a slightly unrealistic expectation of the guide functionality. I would typically expect a 24 hour turn around for any communications.

There's also the possibility they are out of the office.

My guide is very responsive. I try not to bother him too much, but when I do I always get a response in 24-48 hours which I think is very reasonable. My Guide also requested I text.
