Next delivery truck to Orlando *should* have my truck on it. I’ve got a vin assigned but it’s still in IL. Told em I’d pay now if they would activate the gps so I could track it as it crosses the country.

Took a trip out to the Orlando SC today. They have tons of R1Ts getting ready to deliver! I spoke with the delivery guy Joseph (super awesome nice guy). First time I saw any in person!!

A good sign. This is 3x-4x the trucks I saw there last week of March.

Saw a black R1T in Tierra Verde this week. 2nd R1T sighting in 2 weeks. So far all the colors are great!

Okay boys. Just logged in and it let me set my delivery appointment for later this week. Hopefully it’s not a fluke. Orlando metro. Will update.

4/11 update. My appointment was cancelled. Was I guess a system error that allowed me to schedule when the truck apparently was still in IL. Should be getting a schedule update later this week. I presume when they ship to a SC it’s a full load for the center but that’s totally a guess on my part.

Took a trip out to the Orlando SC today. They have tons of R1Ts getting ready to deliver! I spoke with the delivery guy Joseph (super awesome nice guy). First time I saw any in person!!

Heading near there tomorrow to get PPF on a Tesla. Only 9 miles away. I'm a 3/5/19 preorder and have never seen one in the flesh. Going to go there and see if I can drive in and look. Hopefully there's no armed guards or large dogs.... would love to see what I'm getting some day.

anyone near the Orlando SC should do us from south FL a favor and stop by and ask how far south this SC is going to deliver for the time being. I only ask because I was given a April/may window and I'm in Miami and I don't think the Miami SC is going to be ready in my window, when I asked CS if my window has changed they said no, so who knows. I'm thinking maybe Orlando will be doing the south for now until Miami is up and running.

this is from April 5th, they added a new ramp, removed another one and turned the first roll up door into an entrance, but couldn't get a good look inside to see how that's going, also no idea what's going on on that roof that they needed the Scaffolding .

I've been to the temporary Atlanta location, and it's possible they have a similar setup in Miami while they finish the permanent SC. They just rented some vacant warehouse space month to month and have no signs and are just using it to do what they need to do prior to delivery and delivering the cars where they need to go.

They’re doing Rivian deliveries and they’re doing third-party carrier deliveries. No specific discussion about Miami but that’s how I would presume they would handle it.

Just visited the Orlando SC on Jetstream Park Drive this morning. I had business in South Orlando so I thought I would check it out. It's a really nice facility in a new industrial park. Couldn't ask for a better location to serve central Florida. There were at least 20 R1T's there that I could see from the gate.
Spoke with an employee and asked him if any of the R1T's there had Ocean Coast. He said they were all Black Mountian and had no idea if any Ocean Coast interiors were on the way.
Just a word of caution if you're planning to visit. We were limited to the front of the building where the charging stations are. You cannot go beyond the fence perimeter to see the trucks "close up". There were 4 trucks charging up front and we were cautioned not to touch them. I really wanted to see the LA Silver behind the fence but that was not possible. I guess photos were OK as I took a few.
I have to admit that this is a different buying experience than I've ever had. 38 months and counting.

Damn, I was there last weekend and the limestone was behind the fence. I wanted to see it up closer. Guess I should have waited, lol.
