I got a phone call from someone at the SC. We scheduled the pickup on the phone call. After the call, step 8 was open on the website and showed the date and time I had picked.

Got my guide assigned late last week, and had intro call with him this afternoon. A few hours later my 8 steps opened up! All completed except for final payment and insurance. Waiting to hear on delivery date - excited!
