Estimated Ranges not updating?

Something that has been bugging me for a while is that the estimated ranges in my truck haven't changed since the first time I reset it in April, even though the screen suggests they should be. This morning's highway jaunt of ~1.5 mi/kWh couldn't budge it either.

Anyone have insight on what I'm missing or is this something I should ask service about?

My Guess-O-Meter doesn't update anymore... Stuck at 635 miles...

My Guess-O-Meter doesn't update anymore... Stuck at 635 miles...

It was exciting watching it change when I towed for the first time, but I'm not sure it actually adjusted it. Only had the trailer for ~4 hours.

Mine self corrected a few weeks ago. I tried sleep, reboot, reset... nothing worked. Then one day it just fixed itself. No idea why or how...

I put in a ticket for it. They called me a couple days later for a completely unrelated ticket and I made reference to the range issue. The next day, it fixed itself. Rivian called me a few weeks later to work the range issue, leading me to believe they hadn't done anything on their end (they asked me if it was only affecting the app, or the truck as well). I told them it had corrected itself, and they closed the ticket.
