It counts when you're in the Hold position because you are still in Drive.

I don't know. I am sometimes in hold position for 5 mins at a light where I am getting obviously 0.0 real world efficiency. Yet my 15 min meter reflect none of that and sort of just stays in the green.


It's that phenomenon which prompted me to start the thread. Not counting time in hold is the only explanation for not going to 0.0. Although it doesn't fully pause it just sort of wafts down very slowly but stays in the green even though I have moved in 5 mins or presumably 15 mins, which also make no sense.

the meter isn't an instant change you literally explained why it doesn't all of a sudden jump to 0 but im gonna exit this convo... ttyl!

Understood it's not an instant change.....stated that at the top. It more like a 5 second change though. Not a 5 minute change.
