20" Inch Edit: Excellent customer service experience from EV Sportline after wheels started rusting

I bought a set of these steelies over a year ago and had an issue where one was unable to be balanced by the tire shop. I sent videos and a picture to EV Sportline and they shipped a new one right away. Have been happy with these rims and Nitto Terra Grappler G3s with about 6k miles on them. Definitely less efficient that my 21's but work great for around town and are way better tires/rims for towing and driving in rain storms.

Bought a set of 4 EV1 Sportline R1600 steelies at the begining of last winter on sale for $695. They were on my truck all last winter and are in the beginning of their second winter.

Sorry to see this; but I am glad I am not the only one experiencing the rust issue with these rims.

This is my 2nd winter with the R1600 EV Sportline rims on my R1T. I live in Toronto. Mine showed small bits of rust forming at the start of this winter; which has now become much worse on all 4 rims. I have emailed support at EV Sportline twice and not gotten a reply yet. Its disappointing to say the least. A friend and colleague of mine also got the R1600 rims at the same time as me for his R1T,and his are rusting just like mine. See photos of mine below.

Hoping that @EV Sportline sees this and has their support team get back to me. I am not sure what the resolution is here. I could have a local rim shop strip and re-powder coat them once I put the factory 21" summer rims/tires back on in April.

Sorry I might have misunderstood, I thought you said this is your 2nd winter season on the wheels. Regardless, we will solve this for you!
