Driver seat reclined too far?

Does anybody else feel the drivers seat is too far reclined even when all the way up? Maybe my trucks seat has a problem, but the back simply won’t come up enough. On top off that with easy exit it reclines a little even though I set it not to, then when I get in it doesn’t come back up and I have to do it manually. Anybody else? The passenger seat seems normal and can come up/forward more than would be comfortable but the drivers seat is way back.

Both pictures show the seat back as far up/forward as it will go.

I think you can tilt the whole seat and it looks like that's what you have going on.

Yeah I have seen this problem before on another R1T.

If it is the same issue, it seems like when the chair is reclined too far, it gets partially stuck. To fix it I applied light pressure to the back of the chair, pushing it forward, while operating the seat button. After that the seat moved a little bit more but was not 100% back to original.

From there I went into the menu and there is an option to recalibrate the seat. After going through that, the issue was resolved. It is possible you can skip the first step and go directly to the recalibration menu.

Recalibrate the seat.

I think you can tilt the whole seat and it looks like that's what you have going on.

In the photos the seat bottom is all the way down as low and flat is it will go, and the back is as far up/forward as it will go.

Thanks all! This is a new record for me getting the answer I was looking for on this forum! I found the seat calibration in the service menu and it’s good as new now.

Yeah, mine is same. I see you got it calibrated. I notice I need to do this every 6 months or so.
