Door weather stripping

Can anyone suggest a DIY fix for this weather stripping that’s lost its sticky-ness?

THIN double sided tape used for mounting stuff outdoors.

I had the exact same issue a few weeks ago. A mobile tech replaced my entire exterior A-pillar trim (the black piece) and now there's a bunch more wind noise than there was

I didn't have that particular gasket peeling, as shown, but I did have to replace all 4 door seals because they were peeling away from the doors. Only held on by adhesive. I had to pay $1500 out of pocket because it was out of warranty. Make sure you look at your gaskets before your warranty expires.
