My SSF experience so far:
Picked my truck June 29, and upon initial inspection, it needed items worked on ASAP (accesses, and functionality items) os they scheduled me in at their first opening, October 4. (14 weeks!)
As of this moment, it's still there with a promise of this evening or tomorrow morning.
The most frustrating thing is while the truck was their, I'd open my Rivian app and look at it's location, and virtually 95% of the time, it just sat outside in their parking lot.
Communications has been nonexistent with calls to me, nor the Service Phone center (national phone line) to their SSF center, internally, when I tried to get information.
