I'm really sorry you're also having a bad time. You'd think that if you're in the purchasing steps you'd get a better SLA than if you're still preorder. I have a feeling it's a FIFO situation which is causing frustration for those of us who need answers quickly, especially those relating to the purchase steps.I've texted my guide several times since confirming my configuration/order and have not received a single response. Really disappointed actually. I've given Rivian a pass on a lot of things since they are a new and growing company, but I don't understand why they assign a guide and provide a means of texting/calling if they aren't going to follow through on that.
