I'm not sure how these hubcaps are supposed to work for a vehicle that might be taken off-road. Will they even fit in the frunk?

Add another potential danger to Cybertruck ownership.

1. Rear top bed corners. Death by blood loss.
2. Frunk hood corners when raised. Serious eye/ head injuries.
3. Windshield wiper. Will blind other drivers by throwing hundreds of gallons of water onto nearby vehicles.
4. Hubcap frisbees. Danger to others on road.

I recall a few threads about people losing their aero hubcaps here, but it's likely just that they weren't installed completely. I clicked one of ours all the way on shortly after delivery, and haven't noticed anything else coming loose since.

This is an automatic feature designed to shed-weight as the vehicle approaches highway speeds. Auto-pilot/self-driving engaged model 3's go around and collect the discharged hubcaps for reinstallation at a later time.
