Conditioning Battery Level 3 Charging

Does anyone know what the battery tempeture range should be when it is conditioning for level 3 fast charging.
THe battery temp on my R1T rarely changes. Sometimes I do not even receive a notification that the battery is conditioning for fast charging. A typical example would be 30 minutes before approaching a fast charging station my battery temp is 66 degrees, upon arrival it is still 66 degrees. Is this just that the battery is already within the proper tempeture range or is something wrong.

If the charger is working properly and you reach either the charger or vehicles max within a minute or so, does it matter?

Not sure what the range is for Rivian, but remember (but can't find) something for another brand (Mercedes or Hyundai/Kia). I see 50-86F in numerous weblinks but may be related to chemistry for batteries in those articles. 36 degree spread if correct makes this seem like a non-issue to be there during most part of the year in most parts of the country, but not sure.

Anyone have Rivian specifications on where battery needs to be ideally?

I do not, but I want to know the answer. I find that my R1T battery temp is often 65 degrees in the morning while the ambient temp is around 40 degrees. Is that a thermal mass retention from the day before, or does the vehicle keep itself warm?
As well does the R1T pre heat the batteries without telling us? And, is preconditioning a battery only about temperature ? If so
What is that temp?
