The Comma4 mounting point below the mirror housing partially blocks my view during right hand turns. Since sunnylink provides option for camera offset, I'm wondering if it would be possible to move the comma4 mounting point to the left side of the rearview mirror plastic housing, and also further up the windshield to get better vantage point and less hood view. Has anyone tried this?

There is a guy on YouTube who plays around with lots of different mounting positions for the Comma and a lot of them work, so I would say just try it and see how it performs. I think it'll probably be fine.
