I took a walk around the block and did not see RJ. Also, I did not see any interesting new permits in the area online. If I was Rivian locating a store in RiNo, there are a few larger spaces available to lease on the 2600 block of Walnut that would put them near the new Patagonia and Burton stores. I would be a little surprised if a store was "opening soon" down here, because they would probably need a few months of tenant finish to open a store. Will keep my eyes open.

2900 Walnut Street, Denver Colorado. This is Rivian's retail store in Denver folks. A permit was submitted on January 11, 2021 by Amanda George with a gmail account, but there is an Amanda George on Linkedin who is Rivian's Project Director, Facilities + Registered Architect.

I just did a walk-by of the building. (3 blocks away from me!) Looks pretty much identical to the listing. No branding. The garage doors were open, and there was still a ton of cement and other construction materials being warehoused inside. A long way to go before a Rivian store. The building has a huge fence parking lot. I hope that means test drives at this location!

The current building looks pretty grungy, but this is one block off one of the busiest parts of Larimer street in RiNo. Near Odells, Ratio, Shake Shack, Barcelona, Finn's, and the new Mexican restaurant being built on the corner. They are also are getting a huge parking lot. I've been waiting for this lot to get redeveloped. Its crazy that its Rivian.

Great work! This is 10 minutes from me, and directly behind one of my favorite summer bars (Finn's), and 1/2 a block from Shake shack (not my favorite, but not bad). I accept this location

Hi everyone! Another Tom here in Boulder - waiting on a R1T with the large battery pack.

I'm planning on guilt-free mountain bike trips and pulling our @TAB trailer. I'm new to BEVs and it feels like a steep learning curve, but I'm learning by lurking. Also, I've never spent anything close to this amount on a vehicle so I'm still trying to get my head around that.

Littleton here. Just bit the bullet and reserved. Hoping to get the r1s in 2022. I share your thoughts on the price and it kept me from reserving for a long time. I have have never spent more than $40k on a vehicle and have been driving the same land cruiser for 15 years. I was recently considering buying my next used land cruiser to take me another 15 years, as I wasn’t sold on the Rivian, and I am came to realize I was going to spend $55k on a four year old vehicle with 70k miles that gets 15 mpg, has a sedan sized sunroof, horrible tech and no tailgate. After figuring in the roughly $10k in tax credits between CO and Federal, my r1s explore will come in around $67k for brand new and no more choking on exhaust as I pull the bikes or skis off the rack. I think my issue is less with the cost and more with the unknown reliability for the cost. That said, what is a clean(er) and greener vehicle that can keep up with my adventures worth? Priceless, if you want that guilt-free/less guilty adventure.

Westminster, CO here—(7/2019 R1S reservation #12,0XX). Great detective work on the Denver RiNo location. I see bit about no service just sales there. I’m guessing service will be remote for a while...on a side note, my ‘12 Range Rover Sport with 141,000 miles needed (at least, according to LR Flatirons) $11,300 in repairs and it was only worth $6000 after repairs. Gas fumes, no suspension, timing chain no tension/ready to break...bottom line, it didn’t make it to my Rivian delivery late this year, so I headed to Carmax and suckers wrote a check for $4000. Will never buy a Land Rover again...can’t wait for Rivian and hopefully, no need for a second mortgage annually for maintenance. Go Rivian CO!

@Rhidan - sweet gumshoe work! Thanks for tracking that down. Based on the current state of that plot, I wonder what the timing is to have that site up and running relative to the delivery of R1T/S vehicles later this year?
