Christmas mode update?

I think we deserve a mode called “choose your own settings” mode.
Like rgb lighting control. And changing the obnoxious turn signal tone to something else that doesn’t sound gritty and high pitch sibilance. And would be nice to change the tones for lock and unlock. Similar to Tesla allowing more freedom to do what you want with the vehicle.

im a bit shocked Rivian doesn’t have more “fun” and is a bit overly stuffy with its interface/OS.

I agree those would be great to have. I also would be annoyed if they offered more fun stuff while basic functions were lacking. Once they release some of the bigger things they have promised, like streaming services, etc maybe they can add more fun stuff.

Well, offering rgb lighting is not complicated and isn’t a coding nightmare. This one should be added no matter… I do want Netflix, YouTube no doubt and my biggest request is actually scheduling of preconditioning. Sooo weird Rivian doesn’t add this to their app. It would be code within the app and not hard to do. BMW does it best, better than Tesla and once you get use to it, it’s nice to have a car ready for you on departure each day. Assuming your day is scheduled. It’s just smarter. I am often too in a rush to remember to precondition my R1T and jump into it all cold or too warm. And it doesn’t feel as luxurious as when I drive our i4’s which just are perfect temp everytime we jump in and go.

Rivian can do this, these features can be coded into the app. And they should add widgets. I’ve mentioned this in other forum threads too…

I agree 100%. Those features seem like low hanging fruit and would make people happy.
