Yikes... missing seat bolt(s) in a crash could lead to greater injury or death.

I cant say I blame them for taking it seriously.. Potential there for a lawsuit IF injury had occurred in a accident.Just an update to this: Around the same time I posted the thread I also submitted the picture and info to Rivian service. Today I was contacted and asked to schedule a pickup for tomorrow. They seem to be treating this seriously, which is appreciated. Unfortunately the closest service center is Atlanta still, and i'm in the Nashville area. They're also going to knock out a few of my other less pressing service tickets while they have it.
I did actually report it to the NHTSA shortly after I opened a service ticket for it. If there is a chance other trucks on the road are driving with similar issues they need to remedy that asap.I cant say I blame them for taking it seriously.. Potential there for a lawsuit IF injury had occurred in a accident.
Personally, I would be reporting it to NHTSA.
“Miss Hoover, I ate my seat bolt.”Yes, sure seem like it. Abd why are there dried loctitie pieces on the carpet. What's going on here?
