Central California. I get about 50% recognition from other Rivians and an occasional unsolicited singular gesture of salute from a large dino pickup.

I live in Seattle and while i don’t know FL drivers I can say Seattle drivers are not nice. All credit for waves received goes to your Rivian.

LOL! I suppose it's just relative, then. Perhaps not nice in general, but at least nicer - or maybe it's just the Rivian drivers who're nicer...

PNW vs FL is night and day, they're so tame and slow out here compared to back home down south. FL has always had a level of agro, but my latest trip home rivals my New England driving experiences.

I am too distracted from not having real buttons for HVAC functions to see someone wave at me. Now if only there was real engine noise that would keep me alert to other owners waving at me.

One day in Park City while driving around I saw 5 Rivians. There must be a lot of them there. The people in Utah that buy Rivians don't seem to see themselves as a part of a distinct group. I gave up trying to signal them by flashing my headlights or any other way.

Worst drivers in the country in FL. Half sit in the left lane under the speed limit because it's "their right" to drive however they please, the other half swerves through traffic with no turn signals. In Colorado we have our own problem, stoned drivers going between 70 and 50 as their attention wanders ?

In Seattle suburbs, we have too many Rivians. One lady waved at me and it caught me off guard. Are we supposed to wave and recognize each other? LOL

I admit I was slow on the flasher a few weeks back in Franklin TN and last night in Chattanooga TN so they probably didn’t see me
It would be neat to have an “all lights” option on the stem light like 18 wheelers

I live in Tullahoma, in Chattanooga often and try to wave when I see a Rivian. See many more in Chattanooga than my area.

I believe ‘can we’ in this context is just an informal, conversational way of saying ‘let’s.’

Will keep waving regardless of whether folks wave back or not. Might make me the fool but I'm friendly, not needy. Kindness has to start somewhere.

Generally just wave, since some of the suggested hand gestures could land me in the middle of the UT / A&M rivalry in my area.
