Cameras not working

Hello all I have a new to me 2022 R1T that has various issues. I bought it with these issues btw. Currently my cameras are all down. I found some shoddy repair work to the front right fender well area. After pulling the fender liner out I found a camera connection I believe to the front bumper cam that was severed and barely hanging on. I believe it may have/likely "shorted" out if that is possible. As I understand it one issue like this will take the whole system down? I was hoping there was/is a fuse to protect the system but have been unable to find anything mentioning this. The only thing i have found is Google IA saying I will need to replace the entire module for the cameras. Anyone have any helpful input on this issue? Thanks in advance. HT

Possible. And the short could have downed the module that handles all camera inputs. Rivian service documentation and diagnostics is not available to public/customers, unless they subscribe to their rather expensive service portal. So I doubt you'll be able to find answers easily.

I have some good news to report. I traced the font bumpers camera's coaxial cable to the right front corner under the fender, behind the fender liner. I found severed, barely hanging on coaxial cable/wire for the front camera that was barely hanging on. I cut solder/spliced the cable and voilà all my cameras came back up. What i have learned from this is if your front bumper camera is down, it will take them all down.
