Thanks for sharing this. The CS person I talked to just said something along the lines of, "if you don't get an invite now, there will be other opportunities later this year and next year." Maybe they'll be able to open it up more like they did in Normal once people RSVP.

I checked my account and was able to schedule my drive for 11/11!! wooo hoo!!!

…and guess what….I found the email in my junk folder. First time a Rivian email was caught as spam. Argh!

Are you LE? Seems like everyone who got invited thus far has an LE reservation. But maybe they consider Salinas/Tracy too far?

Check your spam folder or just go directly to your account. The calendar will show up on the left sidebar.

Definitely not reserved to LE crew.
despite having the option to get a LE, we opted to wait a bit and a few months later configured on the way we wanted.
Maybe they meant early adopters and even that I doubt it.

CS told me this evening it is open to LE preorder holders, if they meet that demand then it will be opened up more.

I told them I will be 20 mins from the track so it’d be great to be able to go, especially since I will have driven 2000 miles so my wife can see her parents. it’d be nice to get a break from my in-laws ??

they suggested stopping by and “attempting to attend“ ?
I might know someone who knows someone who knows someone who works at the track, so I’ll sneak in the back if I must.

I'm in Walnut Creek with a non-LE R1T preorder, but I wasn't (haven't been?) invited. Super-bummed.

Contacted CS, but to no avail. CS basically said sorry but if you don't get an email you'll need to wait for the next event. Comically, they suggested I visit the Venice location if I want to see the R1T. I love when people think California is actually one state.

I have been reading this forum for awhile now but had yet to join until today. Confirming my test drive for Nov 12 got me to excited and I need to brag. Its been along time coming. Ordered June 28, 2019. I have a LE R1T Glacier White with Ocean Coast. I opted for the free 22" wheels. I would prefer the black 22" wheels but not paying the additional $3500.
