Any problems with Lectron Adapter?

I elected to go with the Tesla Tap mini some time ago, mainly because of UL and I believe there was a tolerance issue that had existed with the Lectron earlier on.

I bought a Lectron adapter and used it with a Tesla wall charger. It worked for about 3 or 4 months before my truck started getting error codes and stopped charging at random times. Switched to a Tesla Tap and no issues for over a year now.

I had the same experience with Lectron. Over heating. Red light on Rivian charging port that would cycle then charge but wall unit overheating. Worried I was going to fry charge port. Trashed Lectron and spent the money on a Tesla Tap. Charging at 48 amps and cool to the touch.

Have only read of counterfeit adapters being sold as Lectron. Don’t recall anyone having problems with actual Lectron adapters.
