Adventure High Tech Stow and Charge

Just wanted to post a very positive experience. Put myself on the waitlist for this product and received it a bit earlier than promised. Everything appeared perfect and installed but found that the power supply in mine was defective and only one of the USB ports was actually getting power. I thought it would be a big hassle, nope. Sent an email, got a reply from Jim in less than two hours. He acknowledged that the issue had occurred to a few others recently due to a bad batch of power converters from his supplier. He sent me a replacement power supply which took two days to arrive and thirty seconds to swap with the defective one. Works perfectly!

I know this product has been extensively reviewed previously. I just wanted to give props for the really phenomenal customer service.
