A battery blessing

My two 12v batteries needed replacing recently and with a little help from my friends at Knightdale Rivian here in North Carolina I was able to get them replaced outside of warranty. Thank you Rivian management for making this exception. I’m an early adopter and holding true to the type of service I’ve received in the past Rivian has come through for me again. Granted it’s the second battery replacement in fours years, but the first replacement was outside of warranty, so thank you. I also had a peak at the R2 while I was at the service center. I like it. I think it will do well.

And this is just another example of inconsistency in customer experience that exists and should be addressed. Some aren’t as lucky and were basically told to pay out of pocket.
