@Redtiger sent out this dashcam to test and I'll hit you with the bottom line up front. As someone who has had pretty bad luck with Sentry Mode and Gear Guard / Dashcam not capturing things I needed, these super crisp cams really give me some extra peace of mind.

I didn't end up installing the second one how you are supposed to, I installed it inside the truck to view passengers (because I drive uber/lyft) so it does leave a little to be desired in terms of really low light inside the truck but otherwise I love these cams!

No display is a good idea, I don't hate the display but it would take up less space for sure.

And when they first joined the forum, many told them exactly that. We all have phones and are expected to use the connected app, right? There's no reason to have yet another screen.

If you want discreet, try the Wolfbox G900. Not sure if there is an OEM mount for Rivian but I installed one in my Tacoma nd it looks great!

They got mad because people were stopped for the bus. Now I'm not 100% sure if they should've been, because we were on the other side of the median, but I'm also not going to act like this because someone wanted to keep kids safe

I saw the "arm out the window in frustration" and thought that's what you were talking about. Why would he go so over-the-top *AFTER* the issue has passed?

That said, I once had someone scream at me for stopping for a pedestrian in a crosswalk with its flashing lights going. He tried to pass me by using the bicycle lane to my right, and I crept forward and into the bike lane to stop him. (He absolutely would have hit the pedestrian who was just in front of me and about to walk into the bike lane.) When the pedestrian passed, the car behind kept zooming and falling back, then finally at the next light got in the right turn lane and screamed at me for "slamming on my brakes" (I didn't - my insurance tracking thingy didn't show any 'hard braking' that drive.)
