First reported Adventure trim Rivian R1T delivery

For what it’s worth, there is a Reddit user from Wisconsin has had a Rivian Blue Adventure trim delivered:

PER OWNER:

Specs.​

• Series: Adventure
  • Wheels: 20” All-Terrain
    • Exterier: Rivian Blue
    • Interior: Black Mountain
    • Battery: Large
    • Powered Tonneau even though I did not add it to my adventure pre-order

Even my guide had to do a double take when she called. Email came in Wednesday. Got a call set up for on Thursday and rest of emails Thursday night. Confirmed Friday and finished financing/insurance etc.​

Delivery was not available where I live directly but on a gut feeling I checked a family members address near Chicago. That turned out to be perfect and the deliver took about 15-20 mins​

Initial impression after 150 mile drive home (outside Madison WI) . Quick AF. Planted. Regen braking is amazing.​

Initial notes: the front radars can clog with snow and disable all cruise (both adaptive and driver+) going to request that if adaptive is not available to allow for “normal” cruise to be the fall back.​

They posted some pics now, definitely looks like Adventure by the screen and dash badging.

As a very late preorder it gives me hope, but I also cant imagine they have delivered all LE R1Ts yet? This one it seems is a 2019 reservation, fwiw.

Rivian must be having supplier issues with the Launch Edition badges. Only thing that could explain this.

Actually happy to see this. There are many of us max packers who have 2018 or early 2019 orders that were left out of the launch edition because we chose max pack. When delivery timelines came out the only option of getting a truck in the next 2 years was to switch my order to an adventure trim.

It was only a matter of time before they started adventure. Some LE orders don't have a nearby service center, so they will likely have to wait.

Nope, which is why it was so laughable.

I *think* it it was just the badging and then the included tonneau cover and wheel upgrade. And Launch Green option.

He's not the only one. There is at least one other member here who is scheduled for delivery next week with Adventure trim.

The only pictures I want to see are the underbody - it says "on road" so he didn't select the smash plate, but I wonder if it had it anyway.
