Our Annual EV Raffle is back for the 9th year in a row! This year we’re once again raffling off a fully-customized EV and with over 50 models on the market today, this will be the largest selection ever for our Grand Prize! Proceeds fund nonprofit Climate XChange's mission to achieve a rapid and equitable transition towards a zero-emissions economy by advancing state climate policy.
We’re bringing back our $10,000 Early Bird Prize! We debuted this additional prize for our last raffle, and we wanted to make sure you don’t miss out this year. If you’re planning on buying tickets, make sure you give yourself an extra chance to win!
How the Early Bird Drawing works: Any tickets purchased by the end of the year will be automatically entered into a bonus drawing for $10,000. We’ll pick the Early Bird winner on January 3, 2025.
The Perfect Holiday Gift. With every ticket purchased during the holiday season now eligible for two drawings, treat your loved ones to double the excitement in 2025.
You’ll still be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing. Not only does each ticket give you a chance to win $10,000, but all of the tickets will still be entered into our Grand Prize Drawing on February 28th. We have worked hard to create a fair and transparent raffle, which is why we hire auditors to oversee our raffle and drawing process, and we livestream our selection of Grand Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize winners so you can feel comfortable they were fairly chosen.
Each ticket gives you four chances to win:
- Grand Prize: Your choice of a fully-customized EV up to $120,000, with all taxes paid by Climate XChange
- 2nd Place: $12,500
- 3rd Place: $7,500
- Early Bird Prize: $10,000 (Must purchase ticket by 11:59 PM on December 31, 2024)
We’re only selling 5,000 tickets, and after just 2 1/2 weeks we’re already more than 20 percent of the way towards our goal!
Climate XChange is a Boston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, rated 4/4 Stars by Charity Navigator and Gold Transparency by Guidestar/Candid. The proceeds from last year’s raffle helped fund the development of our redesigned State Climate Policy Dashboard. The Dashboard provides information on 62 state-level climate policies across 50 states and features in-depth state examples, model legislation, and enacted policy text. This one-of-a-kind tool is designed to inform decision-making and help craft the most impactful state-level policies.
Our EV Raffle also helps fund the State Climate Policy Network, a coalition of more than 15,000 legislators, executive branch officials, advocates, and technical experts working across the country to advance climate policy. We offer tools and resources to help state actors advance climate action, including policy calls and webinars, quarterly legislator discussions, a biweekly newsletter, and pro bono policy assistance.
P.S. Tickets cannot be purchased while you’re physically located in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Utah, or Washington state, but you can still buy a ticket if you’re traveling to an eligible state during our raffle. Since the restriction is based on your location while making the purchase, you can still enter your home address in a restricted state on your ticket.
