While creating new 110v outlets for my micro-kitchen, it occurred to me that I had no outlets for the driver's side.
So … I ran another extension cord (12/3 Outdoor Extension Cord - 12 Gauge 3 Prong SJTW Heavy Duty White Extension Cable with 3 Prong Grounded Plug for Safety,UL Listed )from the passenger side …. along the floor….. dropped down into the tunnel that goes under the slide-out tray … and up behind the right trim panel. Using my soldering iron to burn/melt a square hole, the panel receptacle slipped right in.
One advantage is that no cord is being “dragged” back and forth.
