Well I've been poking around and watching API changes...

The app added support for the charge port door controls and third row heated seats...

So I guess it adds that function, charge port door control from the app.

The four beta testers who are on on ElectraFi started installing on Thursday. For a minor update, it is usually 3-4 days before general rollout. For a major update, it is usually over a week, and often we see newer .1 versions come out if the beta testers find issues. We can also see the .0 version split into .0 (Gen1) and .30 (Gen2) if the unified software load has issues. Next few days will tell.

So I guess it adds that function, charge port door control from the app.

On gen 2, 3rd row heated seat controls was already active via the app

It looks like it was added to. Scheduled departures, so I guess you can schedule the third row now

Hopefully they improve the reliability of the app. It's awful.

I just want separate controls for the front defroster and the heated wiper park. It’s brutal running the defroster while in a snowstorm just so my wipers aren’t getting ripped to shreds when I go to clear road spray from the windshield

That makes perfect sense! I had actually noticed that was missing from the scheduling options when they showed up on the last updates

Instead of turning on defrost, try going into the hvac menu and enabling the windshield vents while in heat mode.
