End of Q2 rush
I would have thought too late now since they have to be inspected before delivery can commence. A good start to Q3 and hopefully move away from a rush at the end of each quarter when they get to a steady state.

Not sure how I’m 20 min for the MN service center a 3yr old preorder and still don’t have my R1S. Getting old. Getting annoyed. Q4 delivery window.

Vehicles shipped from the factory still count for something even if they haven't been delivered. All positive in the stockholder reports. That and it just seems as if R1S production is hitting a nice stride, just as R1T production did several months ago. And sure, they'll try to deliver as many of those as they can by end of day tomorrow (last day of the quarter), QC issues be damned. Say what you will about Tesla quality control and service, but Rivian is duplicating it in every way. And it's working for them so I don't expect them to change.

My SC can deliver in 24-48hours from an R1 showing up, so I am sure they will still get a few delivered before month end.

When manufactures it will count - it could be in the car park at the factory and count if QC complete. The shipping and final delivery takes obviously some time and that is why, while ramping, there will always be more manufactured than delivered. These will be a good start to Q3.

The ones on the bottom will have a scratch on front roof part due to this trailer transport setup. One of my service ticket items being worked on right now at service center.

Very interesting, the only vehicle in the direction of travel, does not have a white plastic wrap in the front. Ok, I am bored. Need to watch some Netflix.

This is how 1000's of vehicles are transported in the US every day. No, this setup does not mean the ones on the bottom get scratched. if it happened to yours.. then the operator loading them didn't do it right. Bummer that yours was damaged. The ones on the top can get damaged just as easily... driver drives the rig under a low tree branch, etc.

I’m having PPF/Ceramic added after delivery so I can get a full paint correction, after transpiration like that.

Yea I get it but have noticed several Rivians with this issue. In fact when I had my x5 delivered 10 years ago, same thing happened. And I'm sure its the operator loading and unloading those cars thats responsible.
