Email just came from RIVIAN:
We've identified an issue that limits your ability to use your "phone as a key" functionality.
What should I do?
If you're experiencing an emergency, please dial 911.
If you need your vehicle remotely unlocked, please contact our Service Team at 855-RIVIAN5 (855-748-4265), we may be able to assist. Note that “phone as a key” will not function until this issue is resolved.
The Service team can also provide rideshare credits to impacted drivers.
How long do you think this issue will persist?
We'll continue to update you until the issue is resolved.

What should I do?
- Drivers will need to carry another form of vehicle access (key fob, key card, key band) as these keys still have full functionality.
- For now, avoid opening or using the Rivian app.
