110v charging not always working?

I have noticed lately that I haven't always gotten the charge I expect when plugged into the wall at home (waiting on my Rivian charger to be installed).
I have had it plugged in for almost 7 hours with my SOC stuck at 70% (I have it set to go to 85%). Anyone else seen this?

Did you change it to 85% after it was plugged in? I've noticed that it won't reliable charge to a new target without reseating the charge cable.

Nope, but I did change it to 100%, then back to 85% to see what happens.
