Even if you had access, I don't think you can do anything without a guide assigned and the 8 steps started. Do you have any of that? It's probably just a glitch in the Matrix.

Yes, you can lock in to one that is available and that will be your truck.

Yes, you have access to the store. Sometimes it's empty, sometimes it's full. Check it 10 times a day! If you see something you like, go ahead and pull the trigger, but don't wait too long.

Excited for you and glad to hear they are opening an R1S store... but this is getting to be extremely annoying of Rivian to keep bypassing folks that have had pre-orders for much, much longer.

I think I know what happened, I'll report back here when I know more. I may have unintentionally found a back door. I feel dishonest but I didn't do this and who would I even say what to?
