Something else they did that was tricky during the process: they don’t count your $1000 deposit towards the down payment in the estimator. So if the standard quote is telling you $6000, it really means $7000

Family of 5 here. Any reason I couldn’t do two roof top tents on the R1T? I’m thinking about two OVS Nomadic 2’s. One setup over the bed and the other over the cab.
I assume the weight limits of the crossbars would be completely independent of each other.
Did we ever find a solution for this? The volume at which I receive calls is startling to say the least. But once the call is answered, I find myself having to turn the volume all the way up to hear the person on the other end.
I must be crazy because before I got my R1T last week, I actually would rent EV’s for my road trips instead of having to driving my ICE. Everyone has their preferences but the fear of long distance driving with EV’s is incredibly overblown.
Any idea how long they’ve been out of stock? I don’t mind proprietary components but when companies don’t have inventory of said components it’s really frustrating.
