Ok….317 Wythe which is pictured in the video above is an apartment. The developer tagged local businesses in the IG post. Sunday in Brooklyn, 12 Chairs and Rivian are all within a block. The 360 address is correct for Rivian. And they have made no visible progress.

Silly me: 317 is across the street from 360, not upstairs. Kinda obvious. Anyways, I stand by my statement that the 360 Wythe address has no visible progress.

Well I said “Visible” for a reason??‍♂️?. Looking in the ground floor windows at 360 Wythe, all you can see is a large empty space that looks the same it did weeks ago. That video looks like upstairs. Wonder if that’s just office space or if it’s customer facing space. Good find!

Just an update: there has be zero visible work done on the showroom at 360 Wythe.
