Switched to a Nexen Roadian All-Season at about 16,000 miles due to the noise.

I don't use proximity lock/unlock because it's annoying when I'm walking through the garage. I use the FOB manually, and 99 times out of 100, there is a 3-5 second delay between pressing a button on the FOB and the door locking or unlocking.
