All I can tell you is that mine says 249 mile (62% Soc) for daily drive. My daily commute one way is 54 miles so total 108 miles. Every day I arrive home with 137 miles left in my truck vs 141 miles. So loss of 4 miles. This is including driving above listed speed in morning and getting stuck in...
No wonder why you were saying that it’s BS when i said its slower. You are talking about sports mode. Hell yeah, i never said that sports mode is slower. I never claimed it. I am talking about AP mode, that’s the mode most of the owners have and also few of them have it on conserve mode. Well...
Trust me I am not too sure if it's mine only. I did compare it to my friends QM with all purpose mode only, not sport mode. Results were not that promising. I don't know what to say. I don't know what m I doing wrong. Was it a big difference... No.. Like I said marginally slow. Never ever tried...
Good decision.. Keep your Gen1 QM. Also Tri Max is marginally slower and marginally same range when compare to Gen1. Don't make mistake of upgrading. I regret.
First rivian need to Cover the entire highway and freeway in the autopilot. Not even the sections of 5 freeway are in the autopilot, lots of other sections of 10 fwy are missing. I don’t understand how can we have a self driving system soon when autopilot it self is not complete.
True. Apple or android auto are not optimized with rivian or tesla software. So for instance you are on trip, android or apple can’t predict where to charge and for how long. You have to figure by yourself. I had my rivian in Sc for service and got Chevrolet Silverado EV as a loaner. Was nice...
No I used my app. Not schedule. Still same for me. It does not heat to required temp. Also it's pulling power from battery instead of charger. How's that working for you. I know on schedule there is option but if use app is there option available for using charger instead of battery.
Nope... Mine is plugged in. Cabin temp 48 at 3:50 am. Set temp to 74 while plugged in. After shower and get ready for work and all at 4:20 cabin temp is only 67. Not only that... Its pulling power from the battery instead of charger. Lost 1% in that session. After driving to work (1 hr and 5...
Yes. I am also not happy about the efficiency but what other ev of this size can beat the efficiency that this vehical is achieving And is capabal of doing what this vehical does at same time.
Don't even think of changing your mind. I had my gen1 quad for 2 years. 22000 miles. Even after 2 years I was still in honeymoon period with that truck. I traded it with tri motor and regret it sooooo much. Not even close to my gen1.
Well let's start with good.
Cabin is much quite (when it's not rattling).
Over all looks and interior is awesome.
Suspensions are much better... I can feel that.
Bad
Efficency is not there. 1000 miles.. It's 1.83.
Range is not there either 371 miles... Nope... I would be happy if I can get...

Actually I just remembered that was including the rotors too. Both front and rear.
Does VIN last 5 number changes every year. Means that do they start with 00000 or 00001 every year. Because r1s vin is around 50000 and r1t is around 38000 so total is only around 90000 plus 20000 of vans. That's like around 100000 only so far.
Door not opening…I am worried about that too. Especially with my elderly parents in back. Is not able to open the door only your concern, how about vehicle catching fire. There are many other factor which can go wrong with any vehicle EV or Non EV. My brother in law was T-Boned in his Chevy...
