Was able to lock a 4.8% at BofA for 60 months, they had a promotion for an extra .15 off or something, plus platinum tier customers receive an additional 0.5% off. Not amazing, but much better than the Rivian/Chase rate offered of 6.6%. Days of 2.5% are in the rearview mirror.
I guess the alternative would be to make cut outs in the original mat for the pucks to fit through ?. I think you guys have a really inventive solution and it’s obvious you went through some R/D to get this product where it is. Nice job.
Another thread about this. But yea, seems like the under dash 12v is also being eliminated, at least based on a few newer deliveries. I think eventually there will be no 12v the way things are moving.
They still have many many launch orders to fulfill for Canada as they just started deliveries there, this is likely spillover from those orders. My guess is that they’ll keep building launch green through end of the 2023.
Well, my non dealership Tesla had it as well. Though they also stopped supplying them within the past 6 months on newer sales. I think the no frame look actually works with the Rivian so no issues, just wondering.
Man some people are just angry at the world and take it out on others. That’s really not fair. I’m sorry. Kinda makes me think twice about full body ppf now to protect against these clowns.
Does the Rivian not come with a license plate frame on delivery?
I guess I’ve always just had the dealer installed ones, but now that I think of it none of the Rivians I’ve seen on the road have had them.
Just to be clear, this was a free service for other vehicles previously correct? I personally dont mind paying $60 every 8-10k miles, but wondering if it's because of that agreement with Rivian.
There have been anecdotal reports that the RUS makes interior quieter. It makes sense as the panels are more dense than the plastic / resin stock ones. I also wonder if it would make the chassis feel more rigid?
