Status Unknown is the case for all EA stations in Rivian’s nav. Their APIs do not communicate.
I personally have not seen an EA station that is not yet commissioned but is shown in the nav. Possible that the site is being upgraded?

Supposing you had an adapter from Ford, Lectron or A2Z, I wonder if the authorization process is such that you could trick the SC into charging your non Ford. I suspect the adapter hardware is identical to the MagicDock, which of course works with all CCS vehicles.

If you cancel a trip while you are mid charge and then select your ultimate destination again, it will indicate that you need to drive to then "arrive" at the charger at which you are already charging.

I see. Sounds like you travel in a similar style to me. I almost always have an assortment of SOOW cables, NEMA 14-50 receptacles, breakers and plugs. Can be very useful if you are willing to spend the time creating the adapter.

Was this an ad hoc cable you made specific to one visit to a particular hotel? Or have you found these types of sockets on lamp posts regularly?
If you do this, you need to install a generator input outlet, a dedicated Rivian backfeed breaker (two pole in your case with the shorted phases) and an interlock such that both the Rivian and grid cannot concurrently be connected to your load center.
