I called to local SC but got to the Service support, told them I want to buy those caps, they told me it doesn't exist. Then I told them I have a part#. The guy on the phone was really surprised and almost yelled and asked me "YOU HAVE A PART#???" - like it is something under top secret status...
If you are looking for alerts as the Tesla app has - there are non of them.
Only one alert I'm getting with the Rivian app - when I close it and it says to keep it open to make the key active. Nothing else
If you check the purchase agreement it says your car will be delivered with 100 miles on it...
I have asked them why so much, and they told me "Just in case we need to test/fix anything before delivery". Anyway, my car was delivered with 14 miles on it.
At 1st I applied with Rivian (They use Chase) and got 5.31% for 75 months with 10% down.
I decided to go with WSECU and got 2.79%/72/ 0 down. It was yesterday
I think about what is really going on? Does Rivian assign VIN in a specific way, or does my guide not tell me all the information?
When the guide called me back on 5/17 and told me my car is going into production.
at 10 PM on 6/2 I got the VIN - 61**. My build is in signature.
Now my guide says...
Well, I'm locked in the configuration since 5/17 and still have no updates. But was looking in the code and found this:
<meta name="build-date" content="2022-05-25T17:38:21.664Z"
Not sure if it was there before at all tbh...
Not sure if it really means my truck is built... My Guide keeps...
Did they give you the truck that has the same build you have on pre-order? Or it is only a general build?
I got an invite for first-mile drive 2 days ago here in the Seattle area and was wondering if they will bring the truck that will match my build :)
