I owned and Ionic 5 before my DM R1T and the Ionic keeps a higher charging curve longer. Where at 70% the I5 will do 115kw to 80% then drop to 8 kw for 2-3 minutes and then ramp up to at least 80kw and stay there.

I think that EV shop in Dubai might be able to help you and maybe have a tech flown out? Unless Rivian is willing to help more of course.

Guess I got lucky. Picked my R1T up on 9/30 from the Miami SC and it was almost perfect. Only issue I had was a cracked piece of trim around the subwoofer which was repaired in a week.

Just grabbed one and was shocked to see the pre-order pricing still. WIN!
