I'm skeptical. I feel like even if I showed up either with the harness in hand, or installed and ready to go, they'd still deny the install because their system says there's no path to install.
Do you have Connect+?
Did you enable Rivian Assistant over Alexa?
Does the Rivian compass logo show up in the top left bar of the centre screen?
Have you tried a soft/hard reset if none of the above are the issue?
What are some of the issues you've had with it?
Does Rivian Assistant default to whichever media app is currently playing? Example, I'm using Tidal, and I tell it to play Type O Negative - October Rust, will it stay in Tidal, or default to Apple Music or others?

It's just stupid because it's a 4' long harness that plugs into and replaces the existing one to add the plug end for the PTC. From there it's completely compatible. Problem is, they (corporate) won't add the sub-option for service centres to select the incompatible VINs and add the "no harness"...
21's don't have a lot of tire options, so 20" would be the most compatible across a wider variety of tire variants.
This was a huge issue for early R1 deliveries that opted for the 21" range wheel and tire option. Only Pirelli supported it.
