Similar issue in Seattle/Bellevue. They no longer schedule directly. Customer service agents have been needing to reach out. The Portland SC 2-3 hours away has great availability, though. Unfortunately, that's my only option. It's worth it since there's no way they're being particularly careful...

Not sure if this is helpful, but looks like they claim 23" is crossbar height and 18" is rear spoiler height, so maybe you could use that to work backwards for the antenna? It's a little tricky since the glass is curved, but crossbars add about 4" of height. If I were to guess, I'd say you might...

This is an awesome write-up! What made you choose the MXT275 over the 400? I'm leaning toward the latter since it comes with a 12v cord I can plug in under my dash. I was going to velcro the unit somewhere, but under the rear seats is way cleaner.

Anyone have pics (or opinions) on the racks between 14"-16"? I'm trying to find a sweet spot between not trying to have my upcoming RTT (10" height) peek up too much, while still having some visibility when looking back.

Discounts mean nothing unless you intend on realizing those gains. As others have said, it's never a financially prudent decision to buy a car. It's really more a question of the incremental quality of life gain you get by purchasing it vs whatever else you'd do with the money.

Update again. I pleaded my case and essentially asked if it's just a process change, could they apply it to my existing SC appointment. They said yes. I learned from one of the agents over the phone that the spares technically aren't available yet until a couple weeks from now. Final work order...

Finally got a guide response. I was told they're "working on building out a system" that puts some of us on a list that allows for original pricing when speaking to the service team. Naturally, they said it would be up "soon". Not sure how I feel about it.

I texted my guide asking if I'd still get pre-march pricing since they removed the tire from my configuration (which ultimately led to me buying one from the gear shop). I'll update with their response.

This is on a slight decline. Looks exactly the same in the garage. My neighborhood has about 6 rivians within a 5 block radius, so I looked at some others and they all looked like that. Keeping the post up just in case another paranoid owner has the same concern.

Can’t tell if this is normal. I’ve heard of front sag overnight, but this is pretty immediate. Does anyone else’s truck have their front lower that rear when kneeling? Note it’s on a hill here, but issue still apparent in a flat garage.

I cut a ticket for mine. Same issue as others on here. Used to be great. Now I can barely tell if they're on. I tried a hard reset, but didn't seem to do anything.

Put it in sport mode, drive it around for a bit, then change it back to whatever your original setting was.
